i recommend not getting phys atk passive since the only phys dmg you'll be doing is your zz combo.
i would get gust storm because after you get infernal wave you hardly use meteor call anymore :/ or at least i dont.
also encouraging aura...dont get unless you get more than 1 party buff
yeaaa those are my suggestions

Your build looks quite solid. I see you picked lightning bolt/binding circle/meteor call over gust screw/gust storm. Binding circle, from my experience, is best used in pvp. Not sure how well it fairs in pve... Meteor call is nice, but gust Storm is amazing for EMs even in later dungeons. Circle Flame is a very very nice active skill for both jobs. It's useful in both pve and pvp so I highly suggest getting it. Also when it's noted you get a fourth ball which is 2 more hits~ The only other thing I see that you may want to change is infernal wave. Like I explained in guild chat it pushes instead of pulls which reduces the damage it could do greatly. Instead I highly suggest grabbing blaze step or magic missile as both are useful. Blaze step is a nice 300MP and during boss fights you can awaken and buff to extend it's time. Magic Missile is helpful with good room clearing, but is really best if you note it (which is a cash note) so that can be it's biggest drawback.
