We'll cut down to about 20 and then start recruiting hard, so basically everyone who joins will be promoted to Officer. The kicking is nothing personal, we just want a higher percentage of active members.
As always, we welcome both new and returning members. We hope to have enough recruits by late January to start planning more guild events.
